UK and International Returns Policy

Our return period is 7 days from the date your receive your goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If you wish to return an item we advise you to do so via tracked delivery. Tracked delivery will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund.

All sale items and discounted items are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferrable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return an item to us simply fill out the returns form enclosed with your item/s and return to us within the return period which is 7 days.

Exchanging an Item

Should you need an exchange please follow the steps for the return above but clearly mark ‘exchange’ on your returns form with details of the item you would like instead. Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back. To ensure the item is available contact us at +4428 8676 2391.

If stocks are low we will reserve the item for you. Please note sale items cannot be reserved. If any item required for an exchange is not available we will issue a refund in its place.
